- Support for incidents and P&I matters: rapid fact gathering, documentation, statements and evidence preservation
- Local coordination with P&I Clubs, correspondents and appointed representatives (surveyors, experts, lawyers) as required
- Coordination of crew/personal injury cases (medical assistance, hospital coordination, repatriation support and documentation)
- Assistance with cargo claims and damage cases (initial attendance, surveys, mitigation actions and reporting)
