What We Do
- Pre-arrival planning (ETA/ETD, requirements, documentation, checklists)
- Berth / marina / port-window coordination with the port and/or terminal
- Coordination of pilots, tugboats, mooring/linesmen and port services
- Clearances with authorities (Customs, Immigration, Harbour Master / Port Authority)
- Access control, passes, ISPS coordination and port security arrangements
- Coordination of local service providers and schedule/time control (24/7 when required)
- Operational reporting and continuous communication with owners/operators/captain
- Statement of Facts (SOF), milestone tracking and documentary support
- PDA / FDA / DA handling (cost estimation, monitoring and final disbursement settlement)
- Crew change coordination (travel, accommodation, transfers, permits)
- Medical assistance and urgent-case coordination (clinics, transfers, etc.)
- Cash to Master (CTM) / handling of payments and advances (if applicable)
- Supplies: provisions, bonded stores, consumables, ship chandlery
- Fresh water / waste disposal and environmental services coordination
- Spares and logistics: courier, customs clearances, storage and on board delivery
- Local transport and shore logistics (vehicles, cranes, trucks, etc.)
- Technical services coordination (repairs, workshops, on board attendance
- Coordination of class-related matters and inspections (Class Society attendance, statutory inspections, certificates and documentation support)
- Arrangement of surveys and inspections as required (condition surveys, damage surveys, draft surveys, bunker surveys, cargo surveys)
- Appointment and coordination of independent experts (surveyors, adjusters, marine consultants) when applicable
- Coordination of underwater services when permitted (divers/ROV attendance, underwater inspections, propeller/hull checks, hull cleaning)
- Support for incidents and P&I matters: rapid fact gathering, documentation, statements and evidence preservation
- Local coordination with P&I Clubs, correspondents and appointed representatives (surveyors, experts, lawyers) as required
- Coordination of crew/personal injury cases (medical assistance, hospital coordination, repatriation support and documentation)
- Assistance with cargo claims and damage cases (initial attendance, surveys, mitigation actions and reporting)
